Join the Federal Trade Commission, the West Virginia Attorney General’s office, legal services attorneys and other consumer advocates, and state and federal consumer protection officials at this free event to discuss issues facing consumers today. Topics include consumer credit issues, debt collection and relief, fraud relating to the economic downturn, foreclosure assistance, and loan modification. Conference participants will reflect upon experiences and challenges, make connections, and learn from each other and many knowledgeable professionals in the field.
