Join the Federal Trade Commission, the Case Western Reserve University School of Law, the Office of the Ohio Attorney General, and legal services attorneys and advocates at this free event to discuss issues facing consumers today.  Topics include fraud in the economic downturn, frauds against underserved communities, debt collection and repair, payday lending, foreclosure rescue, loan modification, and the rights of tenants in foreclosed properties.  Conference participants will reflect upon experiences and challenges, make connections, and learn from each other and many knowledgeable professionals in the field.
