Acting Chairman Ohlhausen and Commissioner McSweeny will be testifying on behalf of the Commission at a hearing of the Senate Subcommittee on Consumer Protection, Product Safety, Insurance, and Data Security titled, “Staying A Step Ahead: Fighting Back Against Scams Used to Defraud Americans,” at the Senate Russell Office Building, Room 253.
