Free Resources on Budgeting, Spending and Fighting Scams
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) protects America’s consumers by fighting fraud and deception through law enforcement and consumer education. Reentering consumers can be particularly vulnerable to scams as they seek employment, information on how to start their own businesses, housing, and access to goods and services. - Essential consumer and small business education materials — and tips on how to use them in your programs
- How to report and recover from identity theft
- The new credit reporting law
- Consumer education resources for Spanish speakers
