What:   The Federal Trade Commission will host a Press Conference to announce three new initiatives -- including an unprecedented step to reach out to every household in America -- to help state and federal officials crack down on the mass mail fraud that is costing U.S. consumers billions of dollars every year. The new campaign to "Give the Bandit in the Mailbox the Boot" includes contributions of money and manpower by private and not-for-profit organizations.
