Consent agreements given final approval: Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following entity. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

• The Commission has voted to make final a consent order against TrendMark International, Inc. and its owners, William McCormack and E. Robert Gates. Under the terms of the final order, the company and its owners are prohibited from making claims about the health benefits, performance or efficacy of its NEURO-THIN and LIPO-THIN, or any food, drug or devise without competent and reliable scientific substantiation.
