Consent agreements given final approval: Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following entity. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

- American College for Advancement in Medicine. A notice announcing that the Commission will reopen the public record for filing comments in this matter will be published shortly in the Federal Register. The comment period, which expired on February 16, 1999, will be extended through March 31, 1999.
