The Federal Trade Commission today released statements from its Commissioners on the Intel settlement, which was announced for public comment by the Commission on March 17, 1999. The comment period ends on May 24, 1999.
The two statements, one from Commissioner Orson Swindle and one from Chairman Robert Pitofsky and Commissioners Sheila F. Anthony and Mozelle W. Thompson, each offer perspectives on the settlement and invite further comment.
