Amended Complaints:

• In the case of FTC v. ASQ, Inc., dba Resort World et al., the Commission voted to name Allan H. Abolafia as an additional defendant. Consent Agreements Given Final Approval:

• Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following entity: Continental Gown Cleaning Service, Inc. et al. The action makes the consent order binding on the respondents. The Commission vote was 4-0.
