Consent agreements given final approval:
- Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Reckitt & Colman plc. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

Following a public comment period, the Commission has made final a consent agreement with the following: Hoechst AG. The Commission action makes the consent order binding on the respondent.

Motion to dismiss defendant:
- The Commission has voted to dismiss Richard M. Bagdonas as a defendant in the following matter: WebViper d/b/a Yellow Web Services et. al.
