Press Conference to announce a sweep by 19 U.S. and Canadian law enforcement and consumer protection agencies that have targeted cross-border telemarketing fraud. Cases include both civil and criminal prosecutions of Canadian telemarketers who target U.S. citizens, many of whom are seniors.
