The MSC.Software Corporation matter has been withdrawn from adjudication for the purpose of considering a proposed consent agreement. In October 2001, the Commission issued an administrative challenge to MSC.Software's 1999 acquisitions of Universal Analytics, Inc. and Computerized Structural Analysis & Research Corp.
