On Tuesday, May 27, 2003, the session will give an overview of quality and consumer information issues, the factors affecting quality of care, and the criteria used to measure it.

On Thursday, May 29, 2003, an all-day session will explore the relationship between hospitals and consumers with respect to the quality of care. On Friday, May 30, 2003, an all-day session will examine the role of physicians in the quality of care debate.
