On Tuesday, March 22, 2005, the Federal Trade Commission and the Electronic Retailing Association will host the seventh in the FTC’s series of back-to-basics workshops about complying with truth-in-advertising laws, Green Lights & Red Flags: FTC Rules of the Road for Advertisers.

At the workshop, a roster of distinguished speakers will help marketing executives, business owners, law firm generalists, and in-house counsel learn about the latest developments in advertising compliance. Green Lights & Red Flags will run from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Drake Hotel, 140 East Walton Street, Chicago, Illinois. Lee Peeler, Deputy Director of the FTC’s Bureau of Consumer Protection, will be the keynote speaker.
