FTC Issues Annual Financial Acts Enforcement Report to Federal Reserve

Issuance of Commission report: The Commission has issued its annual report to the Federal Reserve Board on FTC enforcement actions in 2005 related to the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Consumer Leasing Act (CLA), Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), and Electronic Fund Transfer Act (EFTA).
