The Federal Trade Commission has sent a report to Congress about the effects that so-called rebate walls have on competition in markets for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical drugs.
The Commission vote to approve and issue the Federal Trade Commission Report on Rebate Walls was 4-0. Acting Chairwoman Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and Commissioner Rohit Chopra issued statements, and Commissioners Noah Joshua Phillips and Christine S. Wilson issued a joint statement.
