FTC Appoints Substitute Monitor
The Federal Trade Commission has appointed Gregory Heltzer as the substitute monitor to oversee the Decision and Order In the Matter of Corpus Christi Polymers LLC, et al. because the original monitor retired.
The Commission voted 4-0 to appoint Mr. Heltzer as the substitute monitor.
