| WHAT: | The Federal Trade Commission is hosting a public forum regarding its Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) on commercial surveillance and data security practices that harm consumers and competition. |
| WHEN: | Thursday, September 8, 2022, 2 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. ET |
| WHERE: | The event will be held online. A link to view the forum will be posted to ftc.gov the day of the event and on the event page. |
| WHO: | The event will feature remarks by FTC Chair Lina M. Khan, Commissioners Rebecca Kelly Slaughter and Alvaro Bedoya, as well as a staff presentation, two panel discussions, and comments from the public. |
