Announcement of Nationwide Consumer Fraud Enforcement Initiative Rescheduled for Oct. 13

Due to logistical issues, today’s previously scheduled announcement of a major coordinated consumer fraud enforcement initiative by the Federal Trade Commission and State Attorneys General has been postponed and rescheduled for 10:30 a.m. CT (11:30 a.m. ET) on Friday, Oct. 13. Details of the rescheduled announcement will be posted soon on FTC.gov.
