Mike,

I am following up on an earlierconversation you may have had with (redacted) am interested in betterunderstanding the exemptions related to the computation of size-of-person andsize-of-transaction (specifically total assets). (redacted) noted severalitems in the quarterly NCUA 5300 report that would be exempted. Theseitems 1-12, 17-19, 24-26 and 28. What I want to know is whether theseexemptions apply to the size-of-person test as well as the size-of-transactiontest. I have read the Introductory Guide II but was not able to resolvethe question. Any other sources that you can suggest would also beappreciated.
