Hi Mike, When a party withdraws its HSR filing andthen resubmits it, is it necessary to resubmit the entire HSR notification form and all of the documentary attachments (i.e.,previously submitted documentary attachments, plus any additional documents),or just the updated responses to Items 4 (a), 4(b) and 4(c), the executedrecertification and any additional 4(a), 4(b) and 4(c) documents?
