Subject: HSR - Item 4(c) question

Mike:

A relatively quick question:

At the following link, I found this informal interpretation regarding whether areal estate appraisal might be a 4(c) document:

http://www.ftc.gov/bc/hsr/informal/opinions/8512008.htm

I think that the "bottom line" in the interpretation is that a realestate appraisal might be a 4(c) document (depending on its meeting the normal4(c) criteria), and the fact that it's an appraisal (that fact, in and of itself)doesn't affect the analysis. Can you please let me know if that's generallycorrect?
