Subject: HSR Filing Question

Mike -

We are currentlyin the process of preparing an HSR filing inconnection with a particular transaction, and, although a significant portionof the transaction is exempt, the non-exempt portion still requires a filing.We have finished conducting our search for 4(c) documents and have discoveredthat all of the 4(c) documents relate exclusively to the exempt portion of thetransaction. Do we have to include those 4(c) documents with our filing? Pleaseadvise.
