Mike-

It was good to see you atthe conference.

Quickquestion: We may need to submit with an upcoming filing some of the same 4cdocuments that we submitted with a prior filing. I do not see any provisionthat would permit us to incorporate by reference the 4c documents submittedwith the prior filing, so I assume we need to re-submit the actual documents.Is that correct?

Isit ok to send you emails with such small questions? I assume it is easier foryou than returning phone calls but want to check and make sure it does notviolate any policies.
