Ijust want to confirm some guidance from the (redacted) materials on 4(c)documents. Is it the case that for 4(c) purposes "officers" includeofficers appointed by the board, even if those officer positions are not setforth in the bylaws or articles of incorporation? If so, are such officers(appointed by the board, but not set forth in the bylaws or articles ofincorporation) also able to sign the form and the Affidavit?
