Subject: Waiting Period for HSR filings in Bankruptcy

Hi Mike - I wanted to confirm the position of the PNO with respect to the length of the waiting period for HSR transactions in a bankruptcy context. Interpretation 280 indicates a 10 day waiting period, however, I have been told that Section 363 of the Bankruptcy Code now reflects a 15 day waiting period. Thanks
