Hi all,

Can you please confirm that in cases where the acquiring person requests early termination in an 801.30 filing, it will not be granted until the acquired person files. That’s how I read 803.11(a) and it is my understanding of PNO policy, but 803.11(c) would seem to allow for ET prior to the acquired person filing.
