FTC Bureau of Consumer Protection Director Available to Discuss the FTC's Proposed Amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule
Federal Trade Commission Bureau of Consumer Protection Director J. Howard Beales III will be available TUESDAY, January 22, 2002 at 11:00 a.m. to discuss proposed amendments to the Telemarketing Sales Rule, including a proposal to create a national "Do Not Call" registry.
