What:

Two day workshop “Protecting Consumers Interests in Class Actions,” co-sponsored by the Federal Trade Commission and the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. The workshop will examine whether aspects of class action settlements should be reformed, revised, enhanced or improved to better protect the interests of consumer class members. The workshop is free, and open to the public.
