The Federal Trade Commission will hold a media availability on Thursday, July 13, 2006, at 11 am EDT to field reporter questions related to a real estate competition enforcement case that will be announced at that time. The directors of the Commission’s Bureau of Competition and Office of Policy Planning will be available to meet with both print and broadcast media at FTC Headquarters to discuss the case, put in the context of previous real estate-related enforcement actions, and take questions from the media.
