On Wednesday, February 27, 2002, the Federal Trade Commission's latest law enforcement actions targeting companies that marketed and sold fraudulent bioterrorism products will be announced. J. Howard Beales III, Director of the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, will be available to discuss the law enforcement actions and to take questions from the press. The press availability will take place in room 481 of the FTC.
