The Federal Trade Commission will hold a NEWS CONFERENCE to announce a multi-agency, federal and state campaign called "Project Mousetrap." Mousetrap employs a new strategy to combat the extremely persistent problem of invention promotion fraud, which continues to bilk tens of thousands of consumers out of thousands of dollars each every year.
