Announced Action for July 26, 2005: Commission Approved Final Consent Order Matter Concerning Valero L.P.’s

Commission approval of final consent order: Following a public comment period, the Commission has approved the issuance of a final consent order in the matter concerning Valero L.P.’s recent acquisition of Kaneb Services and Pipe Line Partners.
