What:	Press Conference to announce "Operation Top Ten Dot Cons," an international law enforcement and consumer education effort targeting the top ten Internet scams. Delegates to the International Marketing Supervision Network (IMSN), a group of consumer protection enforcement authorities from 29 countries, will be in attendance and will be available to take questions.
