The Federal Trade Commission, the Department of Justice (DOJ), the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, and state law enforcement officials will hold a joint press conference on Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. to announce a coordinated attack on business opportunity and work-at-home fraud. Over 120 enforcement actions as well as new consumer education materials will be announced.
