Join the Federal Trade Commission, the North Carolina Attorney General’s office, legal services attorneys and other consumer advocates, and state and federal consumer protection officials at this free event to discuss issues facing consumers today. Topics include payday loans, advance-fee loans and credit, debt collection and relief, debt buying, mortgage assistance relief, credit repair, robocalls, and identity theft. Conference participants will reflect upon experiences and challenges, make connections, and consider how groups can better collaborate and share information and resources in the future.

Under the Freedom of Information Act (“FOIA”) or other laws, we may be required to disclose to outside organizations the information you provide when you pre-register for events that require registration.
