Subject: Filings with two UPEs

Hello. I’m working on a potentially reportable transaction in which the acquired entity has two UPEs. In reviewing the filing guidance, I believe each of the two UPEs would need to submit a separate filing as an acquired person, even though those filings would be largely identical. Can you please confirm?
