Commission approval of final consent orders: The Commission has approved a final consent order concerning Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (Enterprise) and GulfTerra Energy Partners, L.P. related to the merger of the two companies, and approved a letter to the commenter of record. The Commission vote to approve the final order and send the letter was 5-0. The Commission has approved a final consent order concerning Magellan Midstream Partners, L.P. and Shell Oil Company, and approved a letter to the commenter of record.
