Each year, the Federal Trade Commission conducts the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) administered by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM). The tool evaluates federal agencies on the presence of the specific conditions that are found in many successful organizations. This is an opportunity for our employees to candidly share their perceptions about their work experiences, organizations, and leaders.
The FTC values employees’ input and uses this confidential feedback to create positive changes throughout the organization. These changes may include but are not limited to formulating and implementing action plans to address organizational areas of improvement and launching new or enhanced programs.
