If you didn’t get a message about your claim, that means your claim is being reviewed and you don’t need to do anything right now.
More Information About the Settlement
According to the FTC, Fashion Nova didn’t publish hundreds of thousands of negative reviews about its products and made average star ratings look better by excluding reviews with less than four stars.
The initial claims deadline was August 15, 2023. The FTC is no longer accepting claims.
