Mike, we have a situation where the governing body of an LLC will have sixmembers and one member will be allowed to appoint four members to thatgoverning body. However, under our (new) definition of control, this doesn'tconfer control because it is not a corporation, correct? They otherwise share50/50 revenues, etc.
