The Federal Trade Commission has extended the deadline for its decision on the proposed verifiable parental consent method that Riyo, Inc., has submitted for Commission approval under the agency’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule. The extension was made at the company’s request.
The deadline for the decision has been extended to Nov. 18, 2015.
The Commission vote to extend the deadline was 4-0.
