Under the Horseracing Integrity and Safety Act, final civil sanctions imposed by the Authority for violations of its rules or standards may be appealed to the Commission for review by an Administrative Law Judge and by the Commission. Appeals may be filed pursuant to 16 CFR Part 1, Subpart T, by email to the Secretary of the Commission at electronicfilings@ftc.gov. Appeals may also be filed by mail.
