Event Description
Experts from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) will give a 50-minute presentation to military families as part of the Military OneSource virtual event, Ready, Set, Connect: Building Bonds for Readiness, which is focused on strengthening military relationships. In this session, FTC staff will share practical advice and free tools for parents to start conversations with kids about parental controls, privacy and online safety, digital citizenship, understanding advertising, and spotting scams.
